He Published his works on international magazines like SUB,La rivista della Natura,Ocean Geographic,Unterwasser,Naturphoto RollingStone Italian,Photo Professional,OASIS,La repubblica,II foglio.

He received many international awards such as:GDT-European Nature Photographer of the year,UPY,Asferico,Ocean Art Competition,and many others.

He leads Photographic workshops in Italy and worldwide.

He published"AQUA,Mysteries of the underwater world"who has won UPY(underwater photographer of the year)in 2020 as best underwater photographic book.

His exhibitions have been set up in different locations in italy including the prestigious Villa Erba in Cernobbio(CO).Pietro has participated as guest to italian television broadcasts,held serveral speeches and presentations in festivals and public events.

He also paticipated as video operator to documentaries broadcasted in Europe and worldwide in collaboration with studios production such as Macro Polo Films and Fremantle Media.

Pietro became an ambassador of Marelux from January 2022.

Ilaria Mariagiulia Rizzuto

Ilaria Mariagiulia Rizzuto, born in Verona, Italy in 1988, has always been drawn to the sea and its native. Throughout her life, she has been involved in various water-related sports and recreational activities, which eventually led to her becoming a certified diver in 2019. Since then, she has also become a skilled freediver.

Ilaria has a deep passion for photography and in 2021 she decided to pursue her interest in underwater photography. Under the guidance and mentorship of her teacher and partner, Pietro Formis, she quickly developed her skills and began to enter competitions, where she has won numerous awards. Her preferred photography styles are macro and super macro, allowing her to capture intricate details of marine life.

Ilaria believes that underwater photography is a crucial tool in promoting awareness and appreciation for the natural world. By capturing the beauty and diversity of the marine environment, she hopes to inspire others to respect and protect it.
