Tom St George
Tom St George is from the UK and specialises in travel, commercial and underwater photography / videography. Now based in Mexico he has spent the last decade capturing compelling underwater images from around the world.
Tom originally discovered his passion for diving over 20 years ago after emigrating from the UK to New Zealand. A decade later, the wanderlust struck again but with renewed force, motivating him to quit his office job and to travel the world.
When he finally settled on the Caribbean coast of the Yucatán Peninsula it was in cenotes that his dual obsessions of scuba diving and photography truly came together.
He is best known for his images of the cenotes and underwater caves of Mexico which have been published in magazines worldwide and have won numerous awards.
He works full time as a professional photographer, and also shares his passion for underwater photography with private coaching and group workshops. Tom has also documented a number of cave diving expeditions in Mexico.
More recently Tom has been invited as speaker to several prestige dive shows such as ADEX Singapore, ADEX Pixel, DEMA, PHIDEX & DIVING Talks as well as joining the judging panel for the 2022 Wetpixel/DPG underwater photography competition.
